DivIHN supports the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Military Health and Readiness Systems (MHRS) Program under Contract FA664325C0001. The period of performance runs from July 2025 through June 2028, with a total contract value of approximately $4,038,298.78.

The Challenge

The Challenge

AFRC required modernization and sustainment of its mission-critical Military Health and Readiness Systems, including the Electronic Case Tracking (ECT) platform used by AFRC and Air National Guard medical organizations.

The environment needed to support thousands of users while addressing aging application components, evolving workflows, interoperability, performance, cybersecurity/RMF requirements, and preparation for future cloud migration.

Our Solution

Our Solution

DivIHN provides an integrated program spanning Agile program management, business analysis, software development, testing, Windows/SQL Server administration, database engineering, cybersecurity/RMF, Tier 0–III help desk operations, and training.

The team modernized ECT components using C#, .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, APIs, PowerApps/automation, and Azure DevOps. DivIHN also introduced automated workflows and readiness dashboards, strengthened data integrations, implemented DevSecOps practices, performed STIG hardening and vulnerability remediation, maintained RMF evidence, and prepared application and database components for future cloud transition.

Results and Mission Impact

Results and Mission Impact

The program delivers 99%+ system uptime, 90%+ help desk resolution rates, support for 3,400+ concurrent users during high-demand UTA weekends, and 90%+ milestone adherence. The team also mitigates CAT I and CAT II vulnerabilities before deployment.

Together, this work improves system availability, workflow efficiency, data accuracy, security posture, and support for the medical-readiness mission.
