Dispute Resolution and Governing Law Informal Resolution

Before legal action, contact yoursuccess@divihn.com with a detailed dispute description. DivIHN will attempt resolution within 30 days.

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Illinois, with exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Statute of Limitations: Any claim must be brought within 1 year of discovery or be barred.
  • Waiver of Jury Trial: Each party waives the right to a jury trial.
