Our Solution
DivIHN created a Project Prioritization Process and Project Intake Process based on its BVICS methodology and Gartner PACE layer. BVICS methodology helps quantify Business Value, Implementation Complexity, Size for systems of Record, Differentiation and Innovation (i.e., the PACE layer categories).
